I’m generally not a fan of turtlenecks but when it’s super cold out during a Northeast winter, this is a good top to have. The turtleneck is loose around my neck so it helps keep me warm but isn’t clingy. With a matching scarf, it dresses it up and adds more warmth. I own this tunic in black & navy and love it! I recommend sizing down and it’s a still nice fit. The AirEssentials is my favorite material.
